			Congratulations to Allie Estes for winning the Overall 2001 Championship. Kudos are also in order for Pete Struys by winning the Rookie class with his two wins; thus breaking the tie with Allie Estes. Steve Sullenger claimed season winning titles in both the Classic Hotrod class and the Stock Off-Road Truck class with his smooth and consistent driving style. No one seemed to be able to run down the three rookies in the Stock Sedan class with Kellen Yamamoto claiming the title. And last but not least, Shayne Barr had a pretty good battle going on with Randy Hara, but in the end, Shayne prevailed clinching the Gas class honors. The 2002 season promises to be a good one with interest rising in Radio Control Car Racing and several new classes. See you in January 2002! 2000 Championship winners.



				*Points Formula*

		Points are awarded with last place receiving (5) points graduating up (1) point each position to first place. The more racers in a Main, the more points for first place. Overall points are based on your best finishes in two classes only. Final points will be determined on (2) of your lowest finishes or missed races not counting. As a bonus, the top qualifier in each class will receive 2 points for every 10 drivers entered. Plus, points will be given to “Fast 10” racers and all enduro racers will receive double points for the their finishing position. (DRIVER IMPROVED POSITION)
