You should arrive around 8:00AM at the latest to set up your pit area.
Be sure to bring a long electrical cord and junction box so electricity can be shared. Practice starts approximately at 9:00AM and we have a driver’s meeting at 10:00AM. Late Sign ups close at 9:00 AM. Heats are posted around 9:30AM.
 The first round of heats start right
after the driver’s meeting. Qualifying is usually concluded about 1:00PM and after a 1/2 hour lunch break, the Main Events take place. With approximately 100 racers, the day ends about 4:00.
If it rains on the date of a race, we reschedule it to the next weekend unless it
conflicts with Mother’s Day, Easter, etc. We try and keep the peace...
